Application Process & Screening Criteria

At Seaside Village Apartments, we are committed to fostering a high-quality living environment for all residents.

 

All prospective residents must complete an online application and pay a non-refundable application fee. As part of our screening process, applicants must meet the following criteria: a minimum gross monthly income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, a minimum credit score of 650, and no history of evictions, felonies, or offenses involving drugs, violence, or sexual misconduct.

 

Additionally, applicants must also provide income verification, ID verification, and employment verification (unless retired). Each application is reviewed manually to ensure alignment with our community standards.
